receiving and scanning of ballot packet envelopes  - October 24 thru 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 8

signature verification - Same as above—done daily by staff (SOS Rule 6.4.2)

opening of ballot envelopes - Absentee board will meet for the first time at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 3.  They will determine at that time how long they will stay and when they will come in again, based on number of ballots received at the time.

scanning of ballots - Scanning is done after each batch of 25 ballots has been opened and reviewed for duplication.

duplication or adjudication of selected ballots - Same as above

UOCAVA receipt and duplication - Same as above

processing of provisional ballots - Sometime after November 8 but before November 22

timing transfer of ballots from VSPCs and drop boxes if not every day - Daily

post-election audit - Tentatively scheduled for November 17, provided provisional ballots have been resolved and counted.

canvass board meetings, including the intended certification date and time - Same as above, beginning at 9:00 a.m.

All election processes occur in the county clerk/commissioner offices at the Lincoln County Courthouse – 103 3rd Avenue in Hugo
