Yuma County Watcher Information

Harvie,

You contacted my deputy which is fine, but this email should have been directed to myself.

I understand your email to state you will be bringing in the original forms when you possibly might be stopping.  You will need to stop at our Office in the courthouse before you visit any of the VSPC sites, etc.  we require the forms to be reviewed and signed by one of my deputy election Clerks.

We do not have scheduled time for receiving and scanning ballot packet envelopes, signature verification,  duplication or adjudication of selected ballots, UOCAVA receipt and duplication, processing of provisional ballots, as those will all be complete on an as need basis.  We have judges willing to come in at our notice to complete those issues.

Scanning of ballots will commence on November 4th, at 9:00 a.m. and which will also include the opening of ballots envelopes.    Post election audit has not been determined yet.  Canvass is set for November 22 at 9:00 a.m.

Our VSPC times are Monday thru Friday October 24 thru November 7th 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. located at 130 E 3rd Street, Wray, CO  80758  On Election Day I will have two VSPCs open to accommodate the county.  The one above and one located in Yuma at 910 S Main St., Yuma, CO  80759.  Both of these VSPCs will be open 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Thank you!
Beverly A. Wenger
